Decatur City Dance presents Let’s Tap! LIVIN' LARGE - performed by the Rhythm Keepers and Junior Rhythm Keepers tap companies, and directed and choreographed by Kyme Hersi-Sallid. Due to the Covid-19 shutdown of March 2020, March 2022 will mark two years since the last Let’s Tap! show that was performed in front of a live audience. There have been many challenges and changes for our dancers, families, community and country since that day, but we have found ways to be creative and to find pathways to joy within our new normal. These unprecedented times have taught us all that we have to keep moving forward, so this season’s Let’s Tap will remind us to celebrate life and to Live Large. Let’s take some time to laugh, clap our hands, dance in our seats and appreciate each other. We are sure you will enjoy the Rhythm Keepers, Junior Rhythm Keepers, and our wonderful guests the Rug Cutters as they take you through an amazing and fun filled show that will remind us of how we can all find a pathway towards LIVIN' LARGE! Don’t forget to bring your tap shoes and join us for the Shim Sham at the end of the show. Let’s Tap!
